A safer first phone. Parents choose the trusted circle; only those people can ring. Every other call stays silent and is listed in a quiet log. The child can't switch protection off behind their back, and a one-tap SOS shares live GPS location.

A browser that only opens the websites that were saved, for example the class's learning sites. Every other site, link or pop-up simply doesn't load. Free for Windows PCs; part of the QuietGuard suite on phones.
